Good Afternoon Confirmandi and Parents,

I just wanted to share the final details for your upcoming Confirmation Mass. 

What time do we need to arrive?

• Please check in at the kiosk in the Narthex at 5:30pm and be seated for the Bishop's address at 5:40pm.

Where will the Confirmandi sit?

• Confirmandi will sit in their assigned pews with their families on the side closest to the middle of the Church. Sponsors should sit right next to them.

What will the Mass look like?

• Address by the Bishop (5:40)

• Mass Begins (6pm)

• Penitential Rite

• Gloria

• Readings

• Presentation of Candidates

• Homily

• Renewal of Baptismal Promises

• Laying on of Hands

• Anointing with Chrism 

• Petitions

• Liturgy of the Eucharist

• Closing Hymn

• Group Photo

My Sponsor cannot make it. What do I do?

• A proxy sponsor may stand in place of your sponsor. Please contact Kimberly Overmyer (kovermyer@zionsvillecatholic.com) with your proxy sponsor so we can make a note for the records. 

Will there be a reception following Mass?

• Yes, there will be a dessert reception in the Parish Hall following Mass. All are welcome!
