Good morning, Rooted (gr 5 /6) Parents!
This week at Rooted, we will be discussing Jesus' Transfiguration. This is the second time in the Bible that God reveals Jesus' identity to us as His son. God wants us to know Jesus, so that we can be in a relationship with Him.
It is our hope that your tweens return to you on Sunday night with the understanding that while we cannot be on the mountain with Peter, James, and John, we can still experience Jesus' presence today in our hearts when we receive communion at Mass and visit him in the Adoration Chapel.
